Dwellings at The Highlands are being designed and built to be environmentally sensitive using many green building techniques and Low Impact Development methods. Sizes of homes will vary from under 1,000 square feet to approximately 2,500.

Designs by other architects are welcome at The Highlands. All home designs are submitted to The Highlands Design Review Committee to ensure the residence will complement the overall look and feel of the community.

Some homes have views of Puget Sound and Mount Baker. Others overlook the local territory of commons, forest and farmland.
